Dr. Mavis Alaimalo is a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Her unique approach combines expertise as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and a licensed psychologist with a deep commitment to fostering healing, empowerment, and meaningful transformation in her clients' lives.

Throughout her career, Dr. Alaimalo has supported individuals, couples, and groups across a wide range of settings, including private practice, community organizations, and academia. She has held roles such as Clinical Program Director, psychologist at Kaiser Permanente, and adjunct faculty member at Argosy University. Her passion for inclusivity ensures that clients of all backgrounds feel valued, respected, and understood in every session.
