Carly Williamson Licensed Clinical Social Worker

"I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to build a therapeutic relationship with you."

About Carly

My approach is empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I have many years of experience serving the Oahu community in the roles of outreach worker, case manager, hospital social worker, and health coordinator. I’ve worked with folks with a range of mental health and addiction issues and have provided support from crisis intervention to maintaining behavior changes.

I take a harm reduction approach to working with clients and will meet you where you are in your stage of change. I strive to create a safe place for you to share thoughts and feelings so that you can find the truths that are already inside of you. I focus on any positive change, building upon your strengths and helping you learn skills and find the support to live your best life. I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to build a therapeutic relationship with you.

My career has spanned various roles, including health coordinator, medical social worker, and case manager, allowing me to develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs across different settings. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to provide empathetic and effective care, always focusing on harm reduction and meeting clients where they are in their journey. I have a strong background in conducting health assessments, developing personalized action plans, and coordinating services to ensure clients receive the care they need.

I am passionate about my work and feel privileged to be part of my clients' journeys toward better health and well-being. My goal is always to provide care that is empathetic, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
