Aloha! I'm Randall Sato, a dedicated and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and health and wellness coach. With over a decade of experience in psychiatry, medical-surgical care, and long-term care, my expertise lies in nurturing positive lifestyle transformations. I employ motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and positive psychology to support mental well-being. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychopharmacology, I am committed to offering comprehensive mental health care.

My nursing journey began at Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Care Center at Pohai Nani and evolved over nine years at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, where I grew into an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse role. Since 2022, I've been serving at both Queen's Medical Center and Family & Addiction Counseling LLC.

Educationally, I grounded my practice with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawaii Pacific University and a Master’s in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. My skills span psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and overall psychiatric care, complemented by my passion for wellness and accountability coaching.

At heart, I'm a mental health advocate, always seeking new learning opportunities to enhance my services and support my clients’ journeys towards better mental health.
